Clearwater Group is the parent company of a complimentary group of businesses with its roots dating back to 1981 when its first company was established.
The Group has three main businesses and also has key links and association with several other enterprises. Over recent years Clearwater has undertaken both managed organic growth and strategic acquisition and has also incorporated a number of key diversification activities into its existing operation.
In addition to its parent company status, Clearwater Group also has a portfolio of properties, land, leases and investments in a number of other UK companies.
From its early beginning in a purpose converted Georgian townhouse in Royal Leamington Spa, to a move to a number of factory and warehouse buildings in Warwick, the Company is now located in its own 7- acre site in Napton, Warwickshire. Keeping its roots within the Midlands has given continuity of key people and provides a effective logistics operation for the whole of the UK.
Clearwater Industrial Limited has been established since1981 and is the specialist service and plant management business within the Group. Its principal activities include separation expertise particularly in the area of ultrafiltration, e-coat, paint and phosphate. The Company works alongside rather than within automotive supply chain and over recent years has extended its skill base to include specialist work within aerospace, defence and food & drink process.
Customers include: Ford, Caterpillar, General Motors, Toyota, GKN, IBC, ThyssenKrupp, Land Rover and BMW to name but a few. Clearwater Industrial Limited operates throughout the UK and in parts of continental Europe.
The Company has built considerable trust with its customers who often turn to the specialists within Clearwater Industrial when they need unbiased technical help and support within their facilities, often out of hours or during production critical events.
Clearwater Technologies Limited is the design, fabrication and installation division of the business and was incorporated in 1994 initially to meet a number of specific needs within industry. Its first major project being an underwater pump installation for National Power. Since its early successes it underwent a strategic review in 2001 that saw significant investment and an increased technical and commercial focus within the areas of project management and 3D software modelling. The Company now serves the entire UK automotive industry is also spread across aerospace and food industries.
Customers include: National Power, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Bentley, GM Europe, Discovery Foods, Caterpillar, BAE. The operation now has involvement worldwide.
The Company is often seen as an industry leader in its technical understanding and development of specialist and generalist systems and installations. Clearwater Technologies trades on reputation and prides itself on standing behind its work long after a project has been completed.
Clearwater Systems Limited was incorporated in 2003 as the research and development division of the Group. Collaboration with the UK Government including DTI, Department of Business, Foreign Office Trade Investment, and Advantage West Midlands; has continued in recent times to include close collaboration with Manufacturing Advisory Services, funding research projects during 2010 at Rolls Royce, British Sugar and others. The company has received a SMART award for innovation and continues to feed the overall R&D and technical product sets of the Group.
