Food and Drink Process
Food & Dairy, Beverage & Brewing are the industries that are able to rely on our skills in stainless steel products. Clearwater can support these applications with their dedicated in-house 3D design and project management. Clearwater’s own fabrication facility provides for off site manufacture of skid-mounted pipework systems and equipment. Our ultrafiltration separation specialism also provides crucial process benefits.
Aerospace
Reliability and safety, while important for all industries, are a crucial part of the culture in Aerospace. Clearwater provides significant experience in the development of safe and failsafe systems within budget and timescale constraints. We are approved suppliers to BAE and have performed energy saving analysis work with Airbus. The quality, inspection and testing regimes required within this sector are second nature to Clearwater’s operations.
Pharmaceutical
The exacting requirements of the pharmaceutical industry are met by the equally exacting standards of Clearwater. Our experience in design and project management of system modifications through to turn key installations can provide pharmaceutical customers with the solutions to their most demanding applications. We have experience in the installation of Reverse Osmosis, Purified Water, WFI and Clean Steam installations.
Public Sector
Clearwater has worked both directly and indirectly with a number of UK local authorities. We have the required insight into both the specific tendering process involved and the requirement for economic solutions and supply that meet legislative and environmental requirements. We have also worked on a number of R&D initiatives with the DTI and Warwick University Science Park. Clearwater are approved for both supply to government tenders and the CompeteFor 2012 programme.
