Clearwater Group welcomes publishing operation
Atlas Editions Limited is a publishing and distribution business that is now in it’s third year of successful trading. The business has its registered offices and management team based at Clearwater’s 7-acre site in Warwickshire and has had the same strategic direction as the Clearwater companies, since its incorporation in 2005.
Clearwater Group has actively pursued diversification inside and outside of it’s existing markets over recent years. Whilst Atlas Editions initially operated outside the auspices of the Group, its sustained success as a stand-alone operation saw it merged into the Clearwater Group earlier this year.
Group Managing Director, Roger Allen said recently: ‘ we are delighted to welcome Atlas Editions’ staff, customers and suppliers into the Clearwater Group of companies. It has been tremendous testimony to the hard work of all of those involved, that this business has gone from a standing start to an annual turnover in excess of 1M within it’s first three years’
